Will presented his first Chocolate & Wine Super Tasting last fall when we celebrated Eclipse’s 10th Anniversary. Nine months later, he’s ready to celebrate again — this time to honor all the amazing moms out there! He has selected a few new wines to rotate onto our amazing wine list, so you can savor never-before-tasted pairings.
Prepare yourself! This tasting is MASSIVE. Guests will indulge in all twelve exotic chocolate bars, paired with twelve fine wines that represent an interesting range of grape varietals from around the world. Plan ahead as that will amount to almost a POUND of chocolate with THREE glasses of wine. To-go containers are available for any left-over chocolate, of course… that is, if you can restrain yourself!
