Will presented his first chocolate-themed tasting dinner just months after opening the original “Eclipse Chocolat” cafe in 2007. Little did he know that the unusual dining concept would grow to be a regular feature, but 75-some dinners later these are still among his favorite of events. The Indian menu was presented first in the second year, & its tasty flavors are simply too good not to repeat. Prepare yourselves, cocoa-babies, this menu will knock your socks off!
